We're bringing back an old St. Coletta tradition... Milwaukee Brewers Baseball!
The Development Department has scheduled a Milwaukee Brewers outing for clients, staff, families and friends on Wednesday July 28th. Very tentative plans are in the works however we do have a few key details that we would like to share, so mark your calendars now!
GAME TICKETS
We have reserved 250 tickets for the game on July 28th, 24 of wich are handicapped seats. Tickets are available on a first come first served basis beginning on May 17th.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation will be provided by Van Galder Bus Service. Pickup locations are still in the works however, pick-ups may be in Janesville for Illinois clients, in Waukesha for Waukesha clients and all other clients would be picked up in Jefferson.
WHO'S INVITED
Everybody!!! All St. Coletta clients, all friends and family members of clients, all staff, all family members and friends of staff.
WHEN
Wednesday, July 28 - Tentative departure time 10:30 a.m., game time 1:10 p.m.
COST
Ticket with transportation is just $32. Ticket without transportation is $20.
MEAL
Lunch is not included in the cost of this event. Participants are encouraged to pack a sack lunch or to eat at the game.
TO REGISTER
Registration forms will be available beginning May 17th. When considering registration for clients on this event please keep in mind the individual's abilities.
STAFF PLEASE MAKE NOTE
Miller Park is a large and crowded place and can be difficult to navigate for persons with ambulatory issues or fear of heights. Wheelchair seating arrangements can be made and other needs where appropriate and reasonable.
