Residential Programs
A majority of the people supported by St. Coletta live in traditional homes or apartments located in communities close to their family, friends, and employment. In each of these homes, a level of staff support is provided that is consistent with each individual's short and long-term goals as well as financial resources.
St. Coletta of Wisconsin - Madison
Through a contract with Dane County Department of Human Services, St. Coletta of Wisconsin-Madison specializes in providing residential support for people who may also have mental health disabilities and who may be making the transition from a family home to independent living. The program utilizes a self determination model that put the person served in charge of service coordination. Each individual is provided with a unique combination of support, assistance, encouragement, instruction and role modeling. Clients live in apartments with no more than two persons served in each home.
St. Coletta of Wisconsin - Illinois
In 2001 through a partnership with the state of Illinois, St. Coletta established its first Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) homes and now operates ten others. These homes can accommodate up to eight individuals. Each home offers a structured system of individualized services and supports and focuses on connecting individuals to vocational providers and other activities that engage them in being a part of the community.
