Vocational and Day Programs
St. Coletta believes in assisting individuals with disabilities in attaining their highest quality of life in the areas of vocation, personal independence and community integration.
Affirmative Industries
Within a supported atmosphere, individuals work on packaging, assembly and other manufacturing subcontracted projects. Affirmative Industries provides paid training and employment opportunities for individuals seeking job training experience, work skills, and positive behaviors.
Access Community Employment Services
The focus of community employment services is to provide job placement and coaching services so that program participants may successfully obtain and retain competitive employment.

With an overall belief that learning is a lifelong process, individuals enrolled in classes are provided with information and learning opportunities designed to increase their life skills. Adult education offers: qualified teachers, individualized classes and curriculums designed to meet the needs of students with an emphasis on practical living, social, and recreational skills.
Excel
Provided in Jefferson and at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, the Excel program assists persons to develop appropriate personal-social, daily living and pre-vocational skills, as appropriate that are necessary for the participants to become independent, responsible, valued and contributing members of the community.
Vocational Skills Training.
This on-campus opportunity provides paid work exploration and training service. Within the St. Coletta organization, participants develop, improve and increase their work skills. The goal of vocational skills training is to offer paid on-the-job training and work experiences to program participants as well as to develop, improve and maintain work skills, behaviors and attitudes which can lead to positive employment outcomes (i.e. community employment).
