Located in operating locations in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois, St. Coletta homes are conveniently located so that clients can enjoy participating in community life. Most homes are fully accessible to enable persons to age in place to the fullest extent possible.

Some persons supported by St. Coletta live in apartments/homes not owned or operated by St. Coletta. Staff support is provided as required.
