2021 Catholic Sisters Week

Fifty-two weeks a year Sisters stand with the poor and immigrants, teach children, fight injustice, heal the sick, care for the disabled, share spirituality, empower women, defend the planet, promote peace, create community and offer hope. But for one week, March 8-14, we shine the light on Catholic Sisters by celebrating Catholic Sisters Week. St. Coletta is blessed beyond measure to have the support, prayers and sponsorship of the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi and their ministry to the St. Coletta community is exemplified by our very own Sister Grace Schauf. Sister Grace is a steady, stable and reliable presence in Jefferson. She has served St. Coletta for 47 years of her 66 years of profession and we hope to have her for many more years. Best wishes to all of the Catholic Sisters who serve faithfully.

Note: We are also celebrating the new CDC guidelines for those who have received both vaccinations being able to visit together indoors. (photo Sister Grace and Ted Behncke)
