Paid Time Off

 St. Coletta provides a robust PTO offering. PTO accrues based on hours worked to a maximum of 15 days (3 weeks) annually for the first 5 years.

Eligible 1st of the month following 30 days of employment

Holidays

St. Coletta provides prorated Holiday Pay for 8 holidays a year; this pay is given regardless if you work the observed holiday!

Tuition Reimbursement

St. Coletta provides a 50% reimbursement for an approved, job-related program.

All employees; 1st of the month after three (3) months of employment- and worked a minimum of 250 hours.

Tuition Discount

Ottawa University offers St. Coletta employees up to a 12% discount on tuition costs for both their undergraduate and graduate programs.
