A group of local families and St. Coletta of WI have partnered to provide a unique housing solution for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Grace Landing will be a neighborhood of three, 8-bedroom homes within the Brookfield community. Residents will have a safe and appropriately independent environment overseen by a caring and qualified staff which will encourage socialization with the broader community.
Please join us as we thank the group of families, who raised over 70% of the necessary funds to make this dream a reality and the City of Brookfield for recognizing with us, the need for housing for individuals with disabilities in the area.
