Erica Bailey started with St. Coletta in 2013 and carries with her 15 years of experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities. She initially served as a direct support professional in the Excel Day Program and was promoted to Excel Program Coordinator in 2017. In October 2022, Erica was further promoted to the Associate Director of Residential Operations for St. Coletta’s Jefferson region. As of October 2023 Erica is now the Regional Director of Jefferson Residential.

Erica earned a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and complete graduate course work in the field of Professional Development, Physical Education, Coaching at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Erica brings with her experience working as a Special Education Paraprofessional in the Whitewater Unified School District and worked as a graduate assistant coach for the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater’s Women’s Track & Field team.

Outside of work, Erica is raising two very energetic sons. Erica and family enjoy spending time outdoors gardening, hiking state parks, attending community festivals and traveling.
