Kurt joined the St. Coletta family at the beginning of 2025, bringing over 30 years of experience in nonprofit development and a proven track record of success in both leadership and fundraising. Before joining our team, Kurt served as the Executive Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Wisconsin and has a wealth of experience as a consultant managing large-scale projects, including capital campaigns ranging from $500K to $19M. He also held the role of Chief Financial/Development Officer for the Boy Scouts of America in Silicon Valley, where he led the organization’s financial and development strategy.

Kurt serves as a director on two nonprofit boards and is active in his church’s worship team. Kurt has been married to his wife, Becky, for 33 years and is very proud of his two adult daughters and son-in-law.
