Cassandra Schroedl joined St. Coletta in 2026 as Director of Human Resources, bringing nearly a decade of industry expertise. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate and Health Communication with a minor in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, graduating in 2017.

Cassandra began her human resources career in the manufacturing sector, building a robust foundation over nine years of progressive experience. Dedicated to professional growth, she earned her SHRM-CP certification in 2025 and completed her MBA with an HR emphasis in May 2026 from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Raised in nearby Fort Atkinson, Cassandra now resides in Rock County. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys staying active, traveling, reading, tackling home improvement projects, and spending quality time with family and friends.
