Dona Campos joined St. Coletta of Wisconsin in 2022 as Director of Marketing and Development. She has deep family roots in Southern Wisconsin, having grown up in Grant and Sauk Counties and attended the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. While living in Seattle, Dona met her husband, and they returned to her Wisconsin origins, residing in Jefferson County for the past 20 years.

Dona’s experience encompasses many positions, from volunteer to board member. She has over 20 years of multifaceted experience working with nonprofits, including conference and event planning for grassroots, in-person local and statewide organizations. She managed the daily operations of a nine-million-member virtual, global nonprofit brand. She reimagined and rebuilt its volunteer and training structure, including creating brand standards for its social media platforms, with over 331,000 Facebook and 21,000 Twitter followers.

Dona fell in love with Development work while serving as a Loaned Executive for United Way of Dane County during the 2020 campaign, where she managed a portfolio of $750,000 in donations. She brings her enthusiasm for community building to St. Coletta and shares the inspirational Franciscan Values of compassion, dignity, and respect. Driven by her passion for collaboration, development, and relationships, Dona has a lifelong love for learning. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and working on her 1886 cream city brick farmhouse with her two adult boys.
