Heather Zoellick brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership, human resources, and business management. During her 10 years with American Family, she served in Senior Leadership and Human Resources roles, where she was passionate about developing people, building strong teams, and supporting organizational success. She also spent 10 years managing office operations for Budweiser and leading service department operations for General Motors, gaining extensive experience in customer service, operations, and team leadership. Heather holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Science and Administration, is licensed through the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, and is HR certified.

Outside of her professional career, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, caring for her rescue animals, including horses and dogs, and making the most of time spent outdoors.
