Nicole Styles, originally from Toronto, Canada, joined St. Coletta of Wisconsin in 2001. She holds the position of Senior Director of Admissions & Case Management. Nicole earned both her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Science in Business degrees from Cardinal Stritch University, graduating magna cum laude. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada.

Nicole is a board member of the UW-Whitewater Social Work Advisory Board. In 2018, she and her team were honored with the Outstanding Field Partner of the Year award by the UW-Whitewater Social Work department for their excellent contributions to mentoring students during internship experiences. Nicole is also a board member of the Franciscan Shore Board (another ministry of the OSF) and she chairs several key committees within St. Coletta. Outside of her professional commitments, Nicole is a music enthusiast, enjoys attending performing arts events, and treasures time spent with her family and friends.
