Robin Baker joined St. Coletta in 2011 and has over 15 years of experience in marketing, public relations, project management, strategic planning and event management. As of January 2014, she was elected to serve on the Jefferson Chamber Board of Directors and retired from the board after five years of service. In April 2016, she was offered the opportunity to serve as the head of both the Marketing & Development departments and was responsible for the oversight of all branding and fundraising initiatives. In June of 2019, Robin was promoted to Vice President of Development and Marketing. She continues to lead the Development and Marketing departments, in addition to building a strong foundation of support to sustain St. Coletta’s mission long-term with the help of families, local business and community leaders. In October 2022, Robin was promoted to the Executive Vice President position which focuses heavily on the advocacy and lobbying efforts for the organization.
Prior to working at St. Coletta, Robin was employed for four years in the manufacturing and machining industry as the Marketing Manager for Samsung Machine Tools. She has gained additional experience serving people with developmental disabilities while employed for a custom wheelchair seating and positioning company based out of Milwaukee, WI. Robin received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and in 2016, completed her Master’s certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University.
In her spare time, Robin enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
