Shannon Hammer currently serves as Regional Director of Wisconsin Residential Services at St. Coletta of WI. This achievement follows a brief but impactful tenure as Associate Director, a position Shannon held starting in February 2024. Beginning her journey at age 18 with ARCh Camp Pow Wow, Shannon laid a solid foundation for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. From there, she became a direct care provider, eventually transitioning into management, overseeing multiple residential homes.

Prior to joining St. Coletta, Shannon managed a drop-in recovery center that provided support services to those facing mental health challenges. She has served on several committees and strongly advocated for those with lived experience.

Shannon enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their blended family of five children, two of whom are adults and three of whom are still school-aged. She loves retreating to their place up north and sitting by a campfire playing cards. Additionally, Shannon is passionate about traveling and finds new experiences incredibly exciting.
