Key Quality Components

Unique to other human service organizations, St. Coletta has developed a number of processes and procedures that track and maintain our high quality standards.

These key quality components are indicators that our homes & programs are delivering the types of services and outcomes that we expect.  This is so important to us, that we have developed the Quality Assurance, Licensing and Branding Department that is focused on the hundreds of requirements necessary to maintain our high quality brand.

Annually, our homes and programs go through a 500-point Quality Assurance Inspection that covers a wide range of requirement items.  After the inspection is complete, any findings determined will be reported to the Regional Director, Program Manager and Residential Manager for mandatory fixes. Once an item is corrected, it is reported back to the Director of QA, Licensing and Branding within a certain time period.
