Dear Family and Friends,
It is with great enthusiasm and humility that I write to you today as the incoming President and CEO of our beloved mission here at St. Coletta of Wisconsin. I am deeply honored by the trust placed in me to lead this organization into its next chapter and I am eager to embark on this journey alongside each and every one of you.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to Ted Behncke, for his steadfast leadership and dedication. Under his guidance, we have achieved significant milestones and built a strong foundation upon which we can continue to grow. I am committed to building upon this groundwork and steering our organization towards even greater success. My vision for St. Coletta is one that encompasses innovation, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to our Franciscan values and the individuals we are privileged to serve.

This is a very special year for St. Coletta and we have much to be grateful for. In August, our annual family weekend continues on August 2nd & 3rd. We will have home dinners on Friday with leader presentation and the picnic on Saturday. In September, our organization will be celebrating 120 years of mission, which is a milestone only a small number of organizations can claim and it underscores our enduring commitment to the special needs’ community. Our annual fundraiser will center around this celebration and will be held on Friday,
September 13th at the Brookfield Convention Center. I invite you to join us for the “120th Saints and Sisters Celebration,” where we will honor our Franciscan founders, the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi. The event will feature both silent and live auctions, along with food, drinks, and other special activities. Tickets can be purchased at www.saintsandsisters.org.

As we look to the future, your ongoing support and advocacy are crucial to advancing our mission and securing its enduring sustainability. There are numerous ways to engage with St. Coletta, and we welcome the opportunity to discuss these options with you. Your dedication to our cause is sincerely valued, as it is instrumental in enabling us to deliver high-quality, long-term care services. We are deeply grateful for your passion and support.
